Every detail was excellent and I loved it. The location was great and perfect for weekend in Santa Cruz. There were a small supermarket and supermarkets around the hotel.

The breakfast was rich and wonderful for all tastes, and the food was outstanding. The room was spotless and heated with balcony and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The hotel was in a good location near a wonderful island, Santa Cruz, and town centre. It also was right on the beach.

The place was exceptionally clean and modern, had genuinely professional staff from domestic to management. We stayed for 7 nights and loved the room, which was beautifully maintained and heated with balcony. The location couldn't be more perfect and exceptionally nice very close to the airport the taxi cost about 5 euros.

Everything was really good, had a very good stay for an extra nights holiday. I ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast or dinner. The location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, Aquaparque Madeira was not too far from the hotel. The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar.
The staff was not so friendly.
